Important
to the plan is the development of commercial parking behind commercial
and mixed-use buildings. While such parking is usually accessible from
the alley, in this image that parking is accessible directly off of East
Main Street by a passageway through the buildings at the center of the
block. Rear parking is a requirement of the Urban Commercial Overlay.
