LOWES GRANT SUPPORTS SOUTH SIDE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
NDC offered paint schemes for forty business owners on Parson's Avenue. The building facades were prepped on August 15th by Lowe's Heroes, and on August 25th over 600 volunteers finished painting the businesses. View photos here and visit our ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN page or read A prettier Parsons: South Side Street spruced up to learn more about the project.

NDC facilitated the first Hilltop Art Walks meeting where three artists, commissioned by a recently awarded Chase 200Columbus Neighborhood grant spoke about how art affects ones life, outlook, and improves neighborhoods. The featured artists included Carrie McBride (equine art), Omar Shaheed (sculpture), and Roger Williams (deconstructionist painting).
