 A group of residents, planners, and architects from the Neighborhood Design Center and the City joined in a charette process  to create a vision for the Highland West business district. The vision was translated into designs for building renovations, streetscapes, and landscape elements.  The designs were presented to the Hilltop Area Commission after being reviewed and modified by a group of neighborhood residents.
