The City of Newark partnered with the Neighborhood Design Center to conduct a visioning study for Fourth Street. The visions were developed in community charettes and then translated into a series of design recommendations. With the assistance of citizens feedback the proposed guidelines were refined and then formatted into an easy to read, graphic book.
