The project consisted of exterior renovations to the Rickenbacker Historical Landmark. The Captain Eddie Rickenbacker boyhood home is located at 1334 Livingston Avenue and has been restored to its original appearance. A second adjacent home has also been restored. The City owns the property and has contracted with the Neighborhood Design Center to supervise the restoration.
